We have local management staff on-call, incase there's anything we can do you make your stay more pleasurable.

At London's Breeze, we take a personalized and catered approach to all our guests, in a way that stands out from the rest. We will consult with you prior to your arrival and ensure you have everything you need, along with clear information on the property so you can remain focused on your relaxation. Prior to your arrival, our turnover staff will complete a quality assurance checklist, ensuring all housekeeping requirements and our standards are met every time. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome care package as a small thank you for choosing London's Breeze. We also offer set up services for special occasions i.e. engagements, romantic getaways etc. Ask for details.

London's Breeze is an exclusive vacation rental property that is not publicly advertised and solely leased based on referrals only. This way, we can create a customized experience for our repeat guests and ensure we provide the best user experience possible.

Historic Lighthouse & Museum
At the heart of the community stands the Point Clark Lighthouse, one of six “Imperial Tower” lighthouses built between 1855–1859. Made from limestone and featuring a 12-sided cast-iron lantern, it’s the only lighthouse on the Great Lakes and Georgian Bay designated as a National Historic Site of Canada
Touring Highlights
The lighthouse is open to visitors from late June to Labour Day, offering guided climbs up its 114 winding steps, culminating in panoramic lakeside views Be sure to bring appropriate footwear and note that children under 4 can't climb, though the museum is free for them.

The area boasts a tranquil sandy beach right beside the lighthouse, complete with a playground, washrooms, a small harbour, and a boat ramp—ideal for families and water lovers

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and use of London's Breeze (“the Cottage,” “we,” “our,” or “us” "landlord'). By making a booking, you (“Guest,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1 Minimum Age – You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation.
1.2 Deposit – A booking deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation.
1.3 Final Payment – Full payment is due a minimum of 21 days before your arrival date.
1.4 Payment Methods – We accept Interac E-Transfer service, cheque or cash payments.
1.5 Short Term Rental Agreement - If your booking has been accepted, you the requester will be required to sign a short term rental agreement, prior to check-in.
2.2 Owner Cancellation – In the rare event we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for additional costs incurred (e.g., travel arrangements).
3.1 Check-In Time – 11:00 AM or later
3.2 Check-Out Time – 11:00 AM
3.3 - Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur a fee due to delays in turnover from the cleaning staff.
3.4 Property Access - Guests will be provided a 4 digit personalized door code of their choice, prior to check-in, which will remain active for the duration of their stay. This property is all keyless entry.
4.1 Occupancy – Maximum number of guests is 8 (eight) unless otherwise agreed by the landlord in writing. No additional guests OR visitors are permitted on the property without express written consent from the landlord.
4.2 Noise & Conduct – Loud parties or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated while staying on the property. Outdoor social volume is to be scaled down to respectable levels and maintained after the hours of 11 PM – 8 AM daily.
4.3 Damage – The agreement signer will be solely held responsible to reimburse any damage replacement costs or any damage repair costs to the property, which was evidently caused during their stay.
4.4 Cleanliness – Please leave the Cottage in a reasonable state of cleanliness. All garbage and recycling are to be kept and stored separately (see welcome package for guidelines). At no time is the property to be left in any state of dissuray which would be considered offensive.
5.1 Pets – Small dogs (15lbs or smaller) that are non-shedding & hypoallergenic are only permitted. Failure to comply with this policy will incur additional cleaning and sanitary fees, due to the sensitivity of allergies and you the guest will unfortunately be overlooked for any future booking requests.
5.2 Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. If needed, please use all provided outdoor ashtrays and refrain from littering the property with cigarette butts. Additional cleaning fees may be introduced if the property is evidently littered with cigarette butts by the end of your stay.
6.1 Guests stay at their own risk. We the landlords are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, death or theft of any personal property.
6.2 Guests must follow all posted safety guidelines and use the cottage facilities responsibly.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, storms or pandemics).

9. Property Surveillance
London's Breeze is equipped with 2 (two) exterior security cameras. One camera is located at the frontage of the property and the other is located in the backyard, both are focused on the entry points of the property. This is strictly for security measures and will only be reviewed in the event of an incident.
